The Band as we know it today is the epitome of forty five years of session playing & touring as The Motor Town North Presents a Motown, Soul, R&B Show Band performing tribute shows and backing up original singers of the 50’s and 60’s culminating in the band you now know!
From regular appearances backing up the many great performers during Calgary’s International Blues Festival every year such as legendary Blues Man Russell B Jackson to Colorado Blues Man Johnny O & the late Sonny Rhodes and so many more to now writing and releasing our own Northern Soul & Boogaloo music, The syndicate Of Soul is making waves!
Over the last 6 years we have enjoyed a limited digital deal with British based LRK Records & have now signed an exclusive partnership with TuneGoody.
We have enjoyed great success with our breakout Northern soul Hit Single “I Don’t Want To Say Forever” since it’s release in April 2025 & it has been welcomed in the Northern soul and Mod scenes & received loads of plays by Ace Face radio Show DJ’s and Club DJ’s alike from England, South America & Europe to Asia! Such as The MOD CAST, MOD RADIO UK, OnTarget, Roadrunner Radio Show & at Bristol Northern Soul Club & Streets Of Soul & more!
We have just been featured in a Short Northern Soul Documentary called On The Floor produced & release on youtube in January 2026 & can be expected to be in the second part coming later in 2026.
